Hiring a Receptionist for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  2. Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors at front desk.
  3. Arrange meeting room assignment, set up for office event/ meeting.
  4. Ensure reception and common area in clean and tidy manner at all times.
  5. Assist in printing documents, preparing drinks and other tasks as required.
  6. Supporting admin task assign by the Office Manager.

Key Requirements:

  1. High school Diploma.
  2. Two to four years experience as a Receptionist.
  3. Knowledge of MS Office Application.
  4. Excellent customer service attitude and professional telephone manner.
