Hiring a Customer service executive for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  5. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  6. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  8. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  9. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree minimum and at least a 3-years of professional experience in a customer service/Support environment.
  2. Perfect written and oral language skills.
  3. Must be a team player.
  4. A fast problem solver & basic computer skill.
  5. Excellent communication capabilities, with a good level of empathy and effective listening.
  6. Good administrative skills and computer literacy.
